Accessibility Statement

Template notice: this is a generic starting point, not a completed conformance report. The features and conformance level below need to reflect an actual audit of your site (manual testing plus a tool like axe or WAVE) — don't publish accessibility claims you haven't verified.

1Our commitment

[World of Puzzle] is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to test and improve the site over time.

2Conformance standard

Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. This is our goal rather than a certified conformance claim — [state actual audit status here, e.g. "an accessibility audit was completed on X date" or "we are in the process of a full audit"].

3Accessibility features

Features we've built into the site so far:

Semantic HTML headings and landmarks for screen reader navigation
Alt text on product and puzzle preview images
Keyboard-navigable menus, filters, and checkout flow
Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
Color contrast checked against WCAG AA minimums
Resizable text that doesn't break layout up to 200% zoom

[Adjust this list to reflect what's actually implemented on your site.]

4Known limitations

We're aware of some areas that need improvement, including:

  • [e.g. some older product photos are missing descriptive alt text]
  • [e.g. the 360° puzzle-box preview tool is not yet keyboard-operable]
  • [e.g. some third-party checkout components are outside our direct control]

We're actively working through these and welcome reports of anything else you encounter.

5Compatibility with assistive technology

The site is designed to work with recent versions of common screen readers (such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS) paired with current versions of major browsers. It also supports browser-level text resizing and high-contrast display modes. [Note any technologies actually tested, e.g. "Tested with NVDA + Firefox and VoiceOver + Safari."]

6Feedback & assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please let us know — we want to fix it. When reporting an issue, it helps to include the page URL, a description of the problem, and the browser/assistive technology you were using.

  • Email: [accessibility@worldofpuzzle.com]
  • Phone: [phone number, if offered]

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within [X business days].

7Alternative ways to order

If any part of the site is difficult to use, you're welcome to place an order or ask questions through [phone / email / live chat], and a team member will help directly.
